How I work

A structured design process

I start with research and process, not just final screens, keeping my decisions visible at every stage.

  1. 01

    Research

Interviews, competitive analysis and desk research to understand people, context and constraints.

Research methodology: interviews, service safari, thematic analysis, affinity and empathy mapping
  2. 02

    Strategy

Synthesis into insights and a sharp problem statement that frames the few decisions that matter.

Affinity mapping board grouping research findings into themes
  3. 03

    UX

Information architecture and user flows that give the product a clear, navigable structure.

  4. 04

    Prototyping

Wireframes through to interactive Figma prototypes, including realistic states and edge cases.

  5. 05

    Validation

Testing against usability principles and iterating on what the evidence shows needs to change.
